Iv been thinking about starting laser hair removal soon and i am just wondering which areas i should go for first?
I think the beard/face hair should be first but some people say genital hair next? and then wait for hrt before having other areas treated?

Start where you would like to get rid of it most. There are not rules.

Genital hair removal is only really important if you intend to get SRS, and even then some surgeons don't require you to remove that hair first (they scrape the hair folicals from the back of the skin so I heard). Wait till you are booked in I reckon. But if you don't want hair down there by all means go for it - but ouch!!

Certainly HRT should should cause a reduction in body hair - also the hair removal on face seems anacdotaly more effective with HRT than without.

the face is probably the best place to start, especially if you ever plan on going full time.

as Nicky said, some surgeons don't care much about down there, so it's best to wait until you've decided on a surgeon and if he/she requires you to remove genital hair.

I started with the areas others can see.  Since I usually show my face more than my genitals, I started there. ;D

I would say that the order should be.

1. Face.  Most visible.
2. Body.  For those items that reveal more skin.
3. Genitals.  Only if your surgeon requires it.

JMHO.

Ah....... no wonder you were unhappy in your past life  ;) ;D
To those who understand, I extend my hand
To the doubtful I demand, take me as I am
Not under your command, I know where I stand
I won't change to fix your plan, Take me as I am (Dreamtheatre - As I Am)
I started out with nothing..... and I still have most of it left.
