A cis female lesbian is a person who is assigned female at birth, identifies as a woman and is emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally, etc attracted to women. They do not identify as men. They do not identify their bodies as being male and have no desire to physically transition.
A straight trans male is a person who is assigned female at birth, identifies as a man and is emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally, etc attracted to women. They identify as men. They identify their bodies as being male and have a desire to physically transition.
Straight trans males, just like cis lesbians can identify their identity/expression in different ways such as fem, butch, fluid, stone, etc.
