Mayor's private transgender sex life exposed: East Cleveland Mayor calls pics "gutter poltics" days before election [video]

Local TV staion WKYC reports that nearly 50 photos emerged, many of a male who closely resembles the mayor in women's lingerie, some sexually explicit. It is not entirely clear if Mayor Brewer is denying that the photos are of him or not. His upcoming election opponent, Gary Norton, says he had nothing to do with the photos, that they are a distraction for what the city needs, and he condemns whomever put them out.
