I saw a real endo today and began actual, legitimate hormone treatment. He didn't change anything from my self-administered meds, except to switch me off estrofem to Ogen, explaining that it more consistently supplies you with E, instead of spiking it and then dropping off, allowing T to start rising again even if briefly. He increased my dose, but not to an outrageous level - 25% higher, since my T is still too high.
I've never heard of this medication before or anyone using it, what he explained made sense, but I'm just curious.
