I been thinking of get surgery to look more female like but i dont know what  surgery can help me  I dont have that much money so I need to get surgery that will help the most I talk to few doctors and they say hairline lowering and Forehead recontouring,Rhinoplasty, jaw and Chin recontouing

personalyi have a medium forehead and low eyebrown that makes my eye look smaller and deep set and personaly older but i dont feel it will make a diffrent is me or help me look any girly and i can hide it with hair bangs

my friend say if i can jaw and chin recontouring will healp me look less manly
other say jaw and chin contouring and a nose job but am scared it will look fake any advice i have my pictures

Flan

my 2 cents

Brow bossing (the ridge is pretty noticeable but the eyebrows are good, hairline is ok imho)
Rhinoplasty (phat bulge)
Chin recontouring (height is ok, just a bit pointy, smoothing out the back of the jaw is 50/50)
and finally, a tracheal shave
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr, purr, purr.

The minimum I would suggest its Brow and chin. The things that giveaway a person's gender in the face come from up to down.

So why mess with bangs and hair when you can eliminate that kinda prominent (in your case) male feature. BTW, nice pics.

Your pictures are indeed wonderful, and at first glance, I thought you were nuts suggesting you wanted to go through with FFS procedures.  But that's what people said to me when I told them I was undertaking FFS procedures.

Most of what I post here agrees with Flan's post, with some differences.

Your hairline looks fine.  Actually, better then fine, a nice round shape to it.  But yes, to both unhide your eyes, and improve your side profile, I totally agree with the idea of brow bossing reduction / forehead recontouring.

Following on the above paragraph, if you seek out consultations with FFS surgeons, some will have the option of doing the brow bossing reduction through the orbital rims.   The advantage being that they won't have to do the dreaded coronal cut.   I sought out this option when I was looking at the various procedures, but when it came down to it, the scalp advance was needed (badly), and so I had to do the coronal cut, and the surgeon did the bossing reduction and eyebrow lift with the same incision.   I dislike the coronal cut (it's behind the hairline, and from above ear to the other ear) because in some cases (like mine)  it leaves a scar path of hair loss on the temples just behind the hair line, and a loss of sensation on the back part of the forehead, and front part of scalp.   I still don't think you need the scalp advance, and if I could have in my own personal experience been able to, I would have avoided the coronal cut.

The rhino would be optional.  Noses are so personal!  The side profile on your nose is cute!   The width is personal taste, but would probably be the most dramatic and noticeable change you would make.

Lips are great, and your nose to lip distance is wonderful.  (ie what a lip lift would do if you needed that, but you don't).

And I'm not convinced you need to have anything touched on your chin or jaw.

Absolutely on the trach shave!

In summary, if you have a limited budget, and want the most bang for the buck, brow bossing reduction, rhino and trach shave are going to make the most effective procedures.   Once again, my opinion.   Best of luck!

Thank you for the thank you.   I almost deleted that post after putting it out there, as I hate doing this, but I personally know the value I found to just asking opinions when I was in the process of self-evaluation and assessing my needs.

If you want further evaluations, and are a glutton for punishment lol, you can also post your pictures to the Yahoo FFS group and ask the same questions, if you haven't already done so.   Also the virtual FFS thing is quite interesting, it was actually pretty accurate for me, not 100%, but definitely gave me a good notion of what procedures might do for me.

Best wishes to you as you get closer to completing your vision of you!

Forehead, nose, adam's apple.

Chin as maybe, the front shot isn't very clear about it, maybe just round it a bit and remove the broadness. Still - not to sure about chin.

Jaw looks fine, not sure why anyone suggested it O_o

Does it always cause hair loss?
All forehead recounturing or only if you include scalp advacement?
Always?

I agree btw, no need to touch her hairline.

I have a personal objection to bone work, so I would suggest the nose job and the trach shave.

Melan asked

Melan-  Please understand, this is a personal view that I do not judge if others want it, but for me bone work is just too invasive a procedure.  It is usually performed on the brow or forehead, and my observations on myself and on others is that bangs, or hair style can do as much to make the forehead look feminine as the bone grinding and shaving would do.  For me I did have FFS, but only soft tissue work.

Be blessed.

I mentioned above in my initial post....

Quote from: melanbecause in some cases (like mine).......

that it was true for me... I have no way of knowing in all cases.   I've read of it happening in other FFS patients that had scalp advance with the coronal cut.  I truly only notice it after swimming or showering, when my hair is wet.  But, no, don't count on that being an affect... ask the surgeons if that's a possible side affect, and other FFS patients if they experienced it.  I can only relate my experience.

Take Care,
Melan

I looked again, I don't think the jaw looks manly at all.
Your jaw is quite good actually - the most beautiful jaws are rarely the least defined once, like surgeons sometimes wish to give you.

You don't need to ruin pretty features to be a female or even to pass as such, that's what surgeons sometimes forget and just use sterotypes from skull forms.

Your eyes - I didn't see anything wrong with them, many women has small eyes (usually make them bigger with mak eup), it's not really a woman thing like people say, it's just more attractive on women because the world is based on female beauty anyways.

There are rarely as many work done on male beauty than on female.
It's not dude eyes, you\ll just have to use make up like so many other women (eyeliner to make it bigger)

Well if you're still getting sir'd and mister'd then maybe its the person, or something else about you.

To me, you don't need any face changes.
Maybe the confidence, the walk, the way you carry yourself, your voice? Idk... just be yourself, be confident.
