Customers blanch when I carry heavy stuff. Especially men, or old women. It's like "Oh my god that box weighs half of what she does let me get it/let someone else get it." Considering my lifting maximum is supposed to be about 25lbs with my spine, I don't mind.
Sex on top is a lot harder. So much strength lost. Honestly, exercising feels a lot harder too - granted, it might be simply because my only exercise nowadays is walking, but using an elliptical for a minute is more draining than I could ever remember. And after a full semester of sprightly springing up 3 flights of stairs 3 times/week or more, they feel harder now than in the beginning.
I've actually had to change the radio station before when a bad combination of songs was played. Stupid emotions.
Leaning over or laying down on hard surfaces. Yeah.
