Congrats! I'm going in next week to talk to my GP about T and seeing a psychologist to help with the transition (namely my parents.)

Won't be going as quick as you, unfortunately (still need to talk to the folks before my voice lowers and i sprout facial hair lmao) but i'm taking the first leap.

Hey FolkFanatic - good luck dude! Sounds like you're going in the right direction to get what you want/need. If you need any help coming out to parents - I wrote mine a letter and spoke to them in person, if you would like to read it and I can help let me know.
