Binding plus STP question

Two questions from a newb just starting the transition:

1) I have D size moobs. They don't like to flatten (they tend to bunch into one big moob more often than not) and the only way i can get them to where i like them is if i use Ace bandages (which are uncomfortable, painful, and i don't like them.)

Right now i'm using a binder from T-Kingdom (the sports bra type with velcro as it was the cheapest - seems to work well enough) and i have an underworks compression tank that i use over that. Plus i wear baggy stuff.

Any tips, though, on better things to use?

2) I have a medicine spoon STP (just the STP device and one stuffed into a packy). I've been practicing but i think the medicine spoon itself is "too small" for my body and i can't find the right angle/spot. I'm so-so with just the device but when i bring the packer in to play it seems like i have to pull the whole thing down and out from my body to get a decent fit (which would look weird when i graduate up to through the undies/paints.)

Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried putting a cut out bulb from a turkey baster on but no go (same reason - it didn't leak but i had to twist the packy down to straighten the tubing.)

I don't know, maybe i just don't have the packy in the right position? Anyone try to or heard of someone modifying an already made female stand-to-pee device to fit a packy (like the Go Girl or Whiz?)

1.  My chest is a similar size.  A tritop from Underworks works well, and an a-shirt helps to disguise it.
2.  No suggestions, but let me know if you find anything that works.  I gave up on the medicine spoon and I'm reluctant to dish out money for a stp/packy without knowing if I'll be able to use it.

I've heard the tri top works well for bigger guys, or the frog bra with the tri top on top. Most find it works better when layering 2 binders, the way you're doing. Its harder for bigger chested guys to flatten with binding, but its easier for them to get top surgery as it can go as a reduction from back pain and such.

What kind of medicine spoon is it? Thetransitionalmale has 3 different lengths.
I also have to push it down and pull it out a bit, because then the tube bends. I need to find a way to shorten it.
Maybe if you take it apart and shorten the tubing, or make your own so you can measure everything.

Hmm haven't tried it yet, and haven't heard of anyone doing it either. That'd be interesting.

I was only a 36 B/C before surgery and used the tritop it work well. No real advice for you on anything else.
I use the medicine spoon that came with my DJ's, there are different sizes so make sure what you have is on the larger side.
Good Luck

I'm a 36D and I've gotten by pretty well with 3 bras and duck tape (cup bra for anti-moobage, sport for protection, tape, 2nd sport for smoothing out) and it works pretty decently under an A-shirt and a button-up. Luckily my betch tits flatten well and it's cold enough here to wear a jacket all day. :P

I made my own pisser by hot-cutting a hole in a soda bottle lid, cutting a big straw at about a 30ยบ angle and gluing it onto the top of the lid. I 'laminated' it with hot glue to eliminate poky bits and made a carrier for it by rolling up a rectangle of plastic (the stuff in the bottom of reusable bags) and hotgluing it into a tube. One end was capped with a circle of the same plastic, and the plug was made of another roll of hotglued plastic covered in duck tape for waterproofing. It's only for use in stalls, unfortunately; I normally only use it when I have a waterbottle on hand to rinse it off with.

As for the right angle/spot issue, my advice is simple: Get into the bathtub naked and practice! I was so excited after making my STP that I kept peein' down my leg until I realized I needed to practice in the shower first, lol.
