Awesome! Passing is one of the best feelings; especially when it doesn't happen all the time.

Me? I haven't left the house all month, except to go to the grocery store (ah-ha... fail). So I wouldn't know. I don't get 'girls', 'honey', 'doll', or other specifically female references anymore, so I guess that's a start.

Yay. That is so cool. Best part your dads reaction. Priceless if you ask me. And wasn't it just a few weeks ago you were all angsty about this?

So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

Between Names

I wouldn't know whether or not I passed today, since I was directly addressed by any strangers, but I did pass this past Saturday.  :)

My little sister had a drama competition at her middle school, and my mom took me and my brother to the school to cheer her on.  While we were there I didn't really stay in one place.  I kinda walked here and there, didn't say much, but occasionally delivered messages from my mom to my sister.

Overall, the day was uneventful and a little boring.  But later that evening we were having a party and talking about how boyish I look at the dinner table, and my little sister told me "At the competition today, some people were asking, 'Hey is that your mom and your two brothers?'"

I wanted to do a happy dance, but I'm not really "out" to a lot of my family.  So instead I just laughed like "Ha!  That's so silly!"

Later I celebrated.  ;)

I sort of passed today.   I was standing in line at a bagel shop, and the girl looks at me and says "can I help you sir?" Then she looked at me weird when I started talking, and then called me ma'am while making my bagel, and mumbled that she was sorry when she gave it to me.  I think the apology was supposed to be for the 'sir', but I'm going to pretend it was for calling me 'ma'am'

Even though i'm pre-t, I generally pass ok untill I have to talk. being 5'9" and skinny makes a huge difference. Its kinda crazy how often I get sir'd and then ma'am'd by the same person in a single interaction.

i had mine pierced at an 8 then stretched to a 4.  then i split it.
Yeeeahhhh...I don't have the pain tolerance for tongue splitting. That and my girlfriend would probably kill me. She was jumping for joy when my boss told me the eyebrow ring had to go.

Me and my little brother went to the dentist today, he walked up to the receptionist desk with me standing in plain view behind him, attention drifting over to the telly in the corner. >> He says we're here for an appointment and gives his name. The woman asks "And your brother?", of course he corrects her saying "Sister" straight away.. and she goes "Oh sorry!".

But that was suprisingly awesome, and my dad turned around and smiled at me. :D
