DHB criticised for keeping quiet about imposter

The person used false ID to gain access to areas of Princess Margaret and Christchurch hospitals. He was described as a transexual, and was caught out after failing to return a hospital vehicle. On Monday, a man police were seeking in relation to the incident handed himself in to police and has since appeared in court on several charges.
