Though i did not have full FFS I just got finished with rhinoplasty.  I know how excited and scared you are.  Congratulations!

that is so exciting! Congrats on making the jump and going all the way! I can't wait till I can post something like that. I have met with a surgeon and discussed what I want to get done but as probably with everyone else $$$ is an issue. But good luck and I can't wait to hear and see the results!
