I am thinking of buying 'Nobody passes:rejecting the rules of gender and conformity'.  Has anybody read this book?  I will have to buy it from Amazon so I won't get a chance to leaf through it before buying it.

I'll admit to being curious as well, so I took a look. Some of the entries in the table of contents don't give me a good idea of their subject matter, so I can't tell exactly how many of the pieces are gender and how many are something else. While I'm interested in the non-gender essays, I'm much more interested in the gender ones.

Did you form any kind of impression about the intro, Stephanie? I don't really have time to read the excerpt now, as I have a lot to do today.

Thanks for the reviews Spacial. It might just have to be added to my summer reading list

Sorry about not replying sooner but I have had serious computer problems these last few weeks.   I didn't buy the book but I have added to my wishlist so I will buy it at some point.
