Having issues finding a FtM top surgery surgeon in my location, Help?

I'm sure you all know the pain in the ass this can be. Finding a surgeon that you don't have to fly cross country for!

I'm in the Indiana/Illinois/Kentucky area. If any of you know of a surgeon that does FtM top surgery around here, please please please comment back!

There's also Dr. Stein in Chicago, and Dr. Steinwald in Lake Forest, IL (North of Chicago.)
