Most of the summer I could get away with wearing a light hoody over a t-shirt. The weather in the UK is rubbish constantly. Summer has been fairly non-existant the past couple of years and the whole country is currently covered in snow. I don't mind binding in this weather, it keeps me warm lol.

As I'm sat at work in binder a vest a t shirt and hoodie I'll agree with you on that one. Mind you the people at work probably wonder why i vary in size so much. can't wait to see their faces when one day eventually please!!!! I get them chopped off and they disappear all together

But back to the main subect. I've changed my name at work and now all the office staff plus the drivers are calling me Alex. But how do I get them to start calling me "he" and "him". I've been here ten years so most of them see me as female. And for the RLE is it necessary for everyone to see me as male

as long as you're doing everything you possibly can to be full time then it counts as RLE. Some people don't pass at all yet they do what would count as RLE. You can't force anyone else to see you as male. If someone calls you she then it doesn't set you back to square one, it's just a random persons misguided view.

Ditto actually!   :D   Trying so hard not to have a female chest = more layers = warmer in "the big freeze" as the media have taken to calling it.  Result!
