Canadian surgeons

Well, next step I'm going to be going for is top surgery. CAMH has scared me off...

And I'm having a hard time finding surgeons online in Ontario. I suppose Montreal might be where I should look, but travel in Canada is expensive. Anyone from Ontario who has gotten top surgery? What did you do and where did you go to?

Was it cheaper to just go elsewhere?
