It has been more than a year since the last original episode of "The Sarah Silverman Program" (9:30 p.m., Comedy Central), so the gang is doubly determined to remind you that it's one of the raunchiest shows on TV with a third-season premiere that's shocking, irreverent and full of laughs. Newspaper standards won't allow us to get into too much detail, but we will tell you that Sarah is led to believe that she was born a hermaphrodite and pays tribute to her roots by growing a beard, moving to the woods and sporting a necklace featuring, um, what she lost as a child. Welcome back, kids!
