If you were getting peri, which surgeon would you choose and why?

I'm wanting to get my surgery in may or june but I'm not entirely sure who to go with.  Fisher's results look great.  However, Garramone is within driving distance but I've only seen one example of his results.

You might want to set up a consultation with Garramone and see if he'll show you some examples of his work and you can get an idea of how he'd handle your surgery.

Kvall:
Yeah I'm actually a bit nervous that I'll get there and she'll change her mind and do DI. I don't particularly care much for her DI, but I think that's a risk I'm willing to take.

I was a small B cup before T and now they are smaller than an A.  Hopefully I won't have extra skin or whatever.  I remember some guy on youtube had to get DI because Fischer said he would have tons of extra skin.

Osiris:
I wish I could, but unfortunately can't due to my Uni schedule. It's probably a 6 hour drive from Tennessee to Florida

I sent her pictures and she said I was a candidate.  She said there was a possibility of needing a revision.

I've been lucky enough that I've never had to bind. By ptosis, are you meaning that droopiness may cause problems?  Is that considered excess skin? I mean, my aren't sagging flat with tons of excess skin, they just aren't as perky as they were...
