Hey everyone. I'm Sarah. I am trying to start the process of MTF. I've been a lurker around these and other forums for a while and just learning more and more and really thinking about myself made me realize I'm not happy with how I am. I am more of a Sarah than I ever was a Pat. I have plenty of male friends but I'm not like any males. I chose Sarah because for one its my favorite female name and is the name of a few women I admire. Thank you all for reading this and I can't wait to get to know you all!
