Giselle Marie

Hi to Everyone,
I've been a member of this forum for quite a few weeks now, just quietly sitting in the background, reading the postings and getting a feel for what is going on here. I recognise a couple of girls that I've met on other forums.

Anyway back to my introduction "Who am I"

Well my story is much the same as others.....I'm a pre-op M to F transexual living in the UK after a few years living and working in Arizona. I've been on hormones now for a few years and have finally gone fulltime after my name change and document changes were finalised. It's so nice to see that "F" rather than an "M" on my passport and Drivers Licence.

After too many years of denial, three failed marriages and raising children, I finally came to terms with my feelings and accepted myself....I've never looked back since. Even when I thought that my life couldn't get any better, I met a wonderful woman 18mths ago, initially as friends which developed into a beautiful relationship, we now live together as a couple.... she met me as a woman and has always been fully accepting, seeing me for who I am " A beautiful, loving lady"....her words not mine

I guess I'm older than the norm to begin my transition... I hit 50 this year, but i'm hoping to organise my surgery to celebrate sometime this year. I'm just not sure which surgeon to opt for right now, there are so many pros and cons for each.

Anyway I think that I've wittered on enough.

Welcome aboard.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.
