Is anyone familiar with the book "The Flat to Fem Breast Enlargement Program" by Lucille Sorella? Looking at the site (http://www.flat2fem.com/cb-index1.html), I get the impression this is effective for a very few people at best, or a scam at worst?

Opinions anyone (that will open a can of worms)?

Thoughts?

looks like a scam, the ebook tells you to buy herbs and perform "special" breast massage. nothing one can't do for less. (and especially compared to rx meds)
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr, purr, purr.

That's what I was thinking, too. I just wonder how someone can offer a "satisfaction guarantee" if it's bogus. Of course, they could make getting that refund a Herculean effort. And, I guess the testimonials could be BS, too.

Actually no it isn't  scam.  I know Lucille.  It can work but you need to follow the regiment to the letter.  I work it for awhile, till I got on HRT.  I had some growth but I was lazy about the messages.  And it is bad, if you don't mind smelling like maple syrup.  :D

Lucille has help a lot of girls make steps to transition.

Interesting. It's nice to stumble across something like this on the 'net and have someone who's had experience with it.

I did the program for awhile before starting E and got some limited results...

But nothing compared to the results of taking E

At best I think it primed my body to react favorably to the E

I still drink an herb tea called "Bustea"... But mostly because I like the tea

I also do the massage because it feels good and helps with the nipple pain plus it gets the blood flowing through the breasts therefore waking up the receptors and telling the hormones what I want to do

But I don't think I'll be buying a load of herbs anytime soon

I've been on a herbal breast development related board and there were discussions of this product. Most people reported mixed results, probably (as Janet said) because of not following the program exactly.

I read here where people say that the herbs don't work, but it's what I started out with (looks down at chest) and got results..... very, very slowly.

I got some results also... Maybe because I followed the instructions?

*When all else fails... Read the instructions*...  :eusa_think:  Hmmmm... Odd silly thought

I think where most folks get confused is that they think the herbs contain hormones... But the don't really

What the herbs do is make use of the hormones already present

yep, i get that, and Lucille emails me about every thursday. but where in the world can i find licorice to make the Bustea. she told me i could find it at my local grocer. the closest thing i have is walmart and rays, both worthless when looking for herbs to make your own tea. and can someone pm me the exact amounts of stuff to put in it, cuz it tastes terrible when i make it, of course having the licorice might help too. i like tea, regardless of what it does.

Sorry if I am a little late to this.

I too followed it a bit.
You can get similar results from a single pill if you look from menopausal relief herbs at your local store for 1/5th the cost. You can get these at Walmart (look for Estroblend or Estro____).

Do they work, yes and no.
For some they can do something, for others nothing. I don't think it's a matter of following the regime, I think it has more to do with your T levels. If they are high, you may get nothing from this. If they are low, you might see more from it. Just a guess though.

I stopped the Flat2 Fem cocktail because it brought on the symptoms of diverticulosis which I had only shown minor symptoms of before. Also, that cocktail is a lot of pills to take and I not only disliked taking so many (hello kidneys), but it was expensive for what you get.

I have seen some breast growth, some softening of shape and my skin has changed some, but the biggest change was mentally, they helped smooth out the rough points. I have far fewer up and downs. This works until I can get with an endo.

Don't expect miracles, don't expect it to happen quickly (at all). After reading a bit on the subject, take them at night, I think this is the best time as T is lowest, and has a more dramatic effect, but that is again just a guess on my part. Some of the menopausal ones specify night.
