Access to a medical article.

I'm trying to gain access to an article on a voice surgery technique.  (And please, this isn't a voice therapy vs voice surgery inquiry).   I just am asking if anyone is familiar with how to access medical articles.

The best that I can tell, not being a medical professional, is that this is a reference to a document on Medline.   All of this is too complicated for this blonde-encrusted head of mine....

Does anyone know how I can access this article?  I don't mind paying a fee to some site, I just need to find it!

Personally I'd go against web formations and for vocal fold fusion but even better, feminization laryngoplasty done by dr james p thomas appears to give high quality voice, increase both F0 and highest pitch attainable as well as thyroid elevation can help to bring the resonance to female range and not just the pitch.

The scare of voice surgeries is over 30 years old and what's left of it is because of people going to the wrong procedures.

Whilst Google Scholar didn't have the article I was seeking (in English), they had another interesting one:

Basically describing a small pool (9 participants) of trans women that had successfully navigated to a female voice.  Long read, I've skimmed it    I'll read it on the blackberry during lunch breaks.

Seems like I said, voice surgery doesn't really hrut the voice but you need to be careful that you go to one which can put it in a good range.

I am worried about the semitones though but then again this is a web surgery not a vocal shortening.

I consulted with the author of this paper last week, and was pretty excited about this prospective Anterior Web Formation procedure that she does.  I'm in process of getting post-op patient references from her office, to "hear" their experiences with this and any bad affects, examples being loss of range, volume, and strength of voice in the long run.
