Info on FTMsolutions?

I was just wondering if anyone has any info on the ftmsolutions website.. To my knowledge, the site is down. I placed an order with them a little over four weeks ago and haven't revieved a confirmation from them (just from paypal saying that the transaction was completed). Anddddd I sent Heather (the site owner) an email a couple days ago and haven't recieved anything back.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Without putting up too much personal info... I know Heather has several young kids and is very busy and I also know the site also gets quite a few orders and it's literally a made-to-order situation. I know that doesn't help much when you're waiting for confirmation where money is involved.

I have bought an STP from ftmsolutions before and got mine within a few weeks and I'm in the UK. Maybe message the youtube account for the business? Hopefully it's as simple as that she has missed your email or something??
