This is a really small rant, but yeah..I'm sure someone will get a laugh out of this
I've been dying my hair black for about a year now. And throughout this past year every time I dye my hair I never get it completely covered. There's always some light brown mixed in it somewhere (my natural color)
So a week or two ago I got the urge to go for a different color. I thought "I want my hair to look red, but not bronze red. I want it like..Reno red (from FF7 Advent Children)"
Well....that was an instant failure. It appears that it's not as easy as they say to change hair color if you're going for a lighter shade. No one told me the previous hair color had to be taken out first. So my roots are bronze red (wrong red color in the end anyway), and the rest is black and brown with some red streaks going through it. The roots took I guess because they hadn't had any dye in them. I completely screwed up there. My hair is a mixture of three different colors. It's a disaster
The ultimate bad hair day
So is that where I messed up? I had to bleach it or wait for the new hair to come in and then try a new shade er...?
