So(I think I start every post everywhere I post with So...LoL),

Since Davis has come out and I've gotten more comfortable, I joined Tumblr where I've met some great people. Two of which are a couple, (FTM and CisGirl) just like me and Davis :).  Well point is, they're starting a ..hmmm company? Idk they hope it gets to non profit status eventually.
h/o here's there info,

"The Circle is dedicated to promoting the health of transgender and gender-variant persons and achieving legal and social equality through providing nonmedical supplies, resources, activism, and advocacy."
On top of this their main goal right now is to get in used binders (for the most part but also slight used packers only silicone and none that were used for sex..)

But anyways, they have a ton of ideas so if you have a tumblr I suggest taking a look just search "the circle" :)

Anyways on to the real point, I want to donate a binder every month OR every other month because I am somewhat financially stable and I know how hard it can be when you don't have money or money to spare, and I also have seen how much happier Davis is with having his binder so if I can help another person be that happy I'd be stoked.  Sooo what I came here for was to get binder suggestions popular choices what works for diff body types and then I was also thinking of maybe starting like some kind of binder competition on through me, so I can help others than just those going through The Circle. Idk..its all up in the air.

POINT is I'd like binder suggestions and opinions  ;D Much appreciated

Underworks double front compression works best for me. I think it's the 997.

Underworks tri-top is what I have. 983 I think. That and the double front are the two most popular choices from Underworks. Some guys use T-Kingdom binders too, but I don't know much about them. Those are the two big companies you'll want to check out. This is quite nice of you. :)

As said by the guys above; tri-top and 997 seem to be the most popular purchases from Underworks. They tend to work better for those who have a larger chest.

T-Kingdom seems to work better for guys with a smaller frame. Personally I have the 801 model, while it doesn't bind as well as my 997-look-alike it's a bit more comfortable and binds well enough for wider shirts. I've read mixed (mostly negative) reviews on the longer models though. GL with the project.  8)

I was looking to most likely get the Double Front Compression which is the 997, but I also was think maybe the 988 which is the extreme chest only compression one..I'm so indecisive.

However I think I have decided every month a binder will go to someone. But it's going to be split up where every OTHER month the one I buy will go to the circle to help them get going and the alternating months i will try and run contests on different sites. Because I'll be able to directly know who the binder is going to and like their story. Im a sucker for peoples stories :)

Thanks for the input so far!! keep it coming!!

What's been working best for me (34C, men's small in shirt size, squishy around the midsection, lots of fat on the hips, short torso, and the tissue that needs to be bound is quite soft and broken-down) is the Frog Bra size Small worn under the Underworks Cotton Concealer size Extra Small. The bra's necessary to provide support - otherwise the weight of the chest tissue is too much for the binder.

I also have an Underworks 997 model which is pretty decent for the chest area, but on my back at my waist it likes to form a crease which sucks my shirt in and pinches it and looks really really odd. I think it has something to do with the shape of my hips. The Cotton Concealer bunches up around my waist a bit too, but it's more comfortable and it doesn't try to eat my outer shirt.

First off, this is a great project you're doing :) I've recently benefitted from a gracious offering like this, and it truly feels amazing to not only be helped out, but to know there's people out there who want to do this. It sure restores my faith in humanity.

Anyway - my gift is an Underworks tri-top (983 model) - one I chose myself, after considering the options. I'm also a C cup and wear small men's shirts, although with the baggier ones I think XS would fit better. Slim frame, "boy's hips" as Mum used to point out. And I have to say, the tri-top works wonders for me - now I'm used to having it on, it's not too bad comfort-wise, and it binds like a dream ^_^
