If you were FTM and you were married to an MTF...could the MTF somehow get her penis cut off, and it could be given the FTM and sowed on properly? Could that work?

as far as I know, so far all attempts at reproductive organ transplants have failed (penis transplant in china, uterus in EU).

there's also the problem of rejection by the body.
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr, purr, purr.

Mtf dont have their penis removed usually its inverted so the direct answer would be no. Aside from that even if this was a medical possibility which it isnt you would have to undergo numerous tests for tissue compatability and then their would be the anti rejection meds which will impact your immune system to detrimental affect.

Wonderful to think about and joke about doing, however completely impractical in today's medicine.  Aside from advancing surgical techniques, the most promising medical technology is growing organs from our own stem cells.

This.
I am guessing 10-15 more years. I will not wait that long as I am in my 40's and I have already waited long enough.
The prospect for future generations is very promising.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.
