I've become obsessed with 18th Century Britain, particularly London and novels - but most things are fair game.

I go through different band and genre obsessions that turn on and off - last big one was atonal post punky stuff, before that girl groups and before that sea chanties and ballads.

Certain people, the Sammy's (Johnson and Pepys), Sterne, Fielding - John Gay.

Just got meself a boatswain's whistle I'm trying to learn.

Indeed - I have even more hobbyhorses now than before.

My current up to the minute, right now obsession is making fruit flavoured vodkas...I have two containers in my cupboard in the kitchen maturing....mmmm blackberry and raspberry. ;D

Mainly getting my work published and my films made...

and finding a way to live until I am well over 100 at the very least! (or if possible eternally)

Oh and I eat far to many tomatoes and peanuts. Yeah I know I'm weird - but I never could resist either of them!

So if you want to win my heart, or just have your evil way, ;) just buy me a pound of really good tomatoes and I'm all yours to do with as you will ;D

Trying to read every Jane Austen. I'm on my third one now - Persuasion. Already read Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility. Got Emma and Mansfield Park to go after this. Anymore I'm leaving out?

Changes with the days.

These ones, I'm obsessed with wings (as in, the anatomy of a bird's wing and the structure of the feathers and so on).
I want to build full sized articulated wings to wear to a fetish event... or.. anywhere really!..

With a good 4 meter wingspan when fully stretched out!

I'm also having a minor Leather-Mask-Making obsession that may potentially expand into a major one.

Right now it is becoming Kate.

Once that settles down - soon I hope - I will return to my others: motorcycling, traveling, weaving, and once again trying to learn something I don't already know how to do.  (I have a lousy track record on the last.  I usually find out the basics and then lose interest.  I know how to do an awful lot of things poorly. :P)

I have lots of hobbies, but my true obsessions are all involved in making myself a better artist, writer, maybe even a better person in general.

...oh okay, and maybe those hunky Aussie men, too lol

I liked Pride and Prejudice the most, but the more I read the less I liked them, so since P&P came first for me - some HS lit class - I guess I'd pick that.  S&S isn't bad, but its just more of the same.  The most interesting thing to me is how well these books, written long before film, turned out to be such great material for screenplays.  This stuff works better on film than on paper in some ways.

Yeah, the British TV ones (can't remember what that's called) were really good. How do they work on the stage?

I'm not sure I am obsesed with anything in particular at the moment.

Half my brain is always devoted to pen and paper roleplaying games, but that is more a vocation than an obsession.

Tattoos!  ;D idk what it is about them, but I am basically addicted to getting them. I like piercings too, but I don't have as big of an obsession as I have with Tattoos. The L Word has also been another recent obsession of mine. That and for some reason I want facial hair. I constantly think about what it'd be like to have it. I can garruntee that I'll have a different look every week when I start T.  ;D
