For various reasons, that I won't go into (much) at the moment, I would greatly prefer to have my chest surgery done on an informed consent basis. I know that Brownstein has been known to waive the "permission slip" on occasion. Tholen in Minneapolis also believes that a TG person should be able to have their body match their presentation with no more difficulty than the bimbo who wants a pair of EEE's. Does anyone know of any other surgeons who will consider operating under informed consent? I'm particularly interested in Garramone and P. Johnson, whom I will be contacting in the near future, (anyone already know the answer to that?) but I'm wondering if there are any others who do?

Dr. Daniel A. Medalie (ohio)
Dr. Hugh A. McLean of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (not sure if informed consent)
Dr. Michael Bermant of Chester, Virgina (same)
Dr. Peter Raphael of Plano, Texas (again, just what I've researched, more info is needed)
