For various reasons, that I won't go into (much) at the moment, I would greatly prefer to have my chest surgery done on an informed consent basis.  I know that Brownstein has been known to waive the "permission slip" on occasion.  Tholen in Minneapolis also believes that a TG person should be able to have their body match their presentation with no more difficulty than the bimbo who wants a pair of EEE's.  Does anyone know of any other surgeons who will consider operating under informed consent?  I'm particularly interested in Garramone and P. Johnson, whom I will be contacting in the near future, (anyone already know the answer to that?) but I'm wondering if there are any others who do?
