You have alot of nerve, asking for advice, and then criticizing advice you don't like.  With that kind of nerve, you could probably swim naked in a public pool.
It's easier to change your sex and gender in Iran, than it is in the United States.  Way easier.

Ontop of stick on breast forms/bras and padded types you can also find swimsuits that have built in pushups... you can use a little costume double sided tape to stick yourself to the cups and pull things into looking proper.

Look for swim suits with miracle bra tops... the built-in helps keeping the breast forms in place...
