I haven't heard much about the (supposedly) fabulous, (not so) new (anymore) Soprano system.  Anybody trying/using/getting it?
It's easier to change your sex and gender in Iran, than it is in the United States.  Way easier.

Please read my novel, Dragonfly and the Pack of Three, available on Amazon - and encourage your local library to buy it too! We need realistic portrayals of trans people in literature, for all our sakes

It's still being advertised as the next-gen laser in the UK, and they have one at the Spa in Harrods in London.

What is interesting is that the quoted facial treatment times seem to be very similar to traditional laser, and that it seems to have more of an advantage on larger skin areas such as arms, legs, etc..

Prices remain high with a single facial treatment up around the £300 mark when I last looked.
