This question is open to guys and girls, has there been any changes in height or feet and hand sizes.

My feet and hands are of only just fractionally larger than average female size and still well within nrmal female ranges - that hasn't changed.

My height has changed for whatever reason over the years - I may have lost a bit simply due to natural shrinkage - we all lose height as we age. I am now just under 5 foot 8 - I used to be about 5 ft 10 but I'm not sure when it changed.

Overall hormones are unlikely to have much effect on bone structure unless you start them before puberty - which even with my exceptionally blessed childhood I wasn't allowed to do.

Whats the average female size?

In UK shoe size - it would be size 4 or 5

I'm somewhere between 6.5 and 7 - UK ladies shoes routinely go up to size 8 so I have about a size and a half in hand.

Mind you there are some non trans women who are size  9 and 10... my next door neighbours daughter for a start.

average height depends on generation and ancestry

My hands have shrunk since I have been on hrt to the extent of my wedding band falling off of my finger, and my feet have shrunk 2 full shoe sizes.
Smile, everyone will wonder what you are up to.

I wear a 9.5-10 womens (US) which is slightly on the large size but not to the point of making finding shoes difficult, but I used to wear an 11 mens so my feet have definitely shrunk.  I've also lost more than 50lbs since then, so it's more that than anything else.  My hands have always been small relative to the rest of my body, I can't say I've noticed much change there.  I was 5'10" but I haven't measured my height in the past year, I don't seem any shorter compared to other people.

Myself

I lost an inch and a half :/ I want them back. now I am 5'4.

I don't think I had change in feet and hands but they are fine I think, just a cm or 2 bigger than my mom who is over 10 cm shorter and has small feet and hands anyways ^^ pretty average. I might lost a shoe size though.

I haven't noticed any size diffrence in feet, hands or height. I'm still 5'7, i wish I could get to 5'6.

I haven't lost any height or shoe size or hand size.  But it's one of those YMMV type deals I suppose

argh yeah this is one thing that's going to be very annoying for me.. i wear a size 12-13 mens (i hate my huge feet!) and I'm 6' my hands aren't that bad though they are actually unporportionally small. I figure I can probably wear some nice girlie boots and maybe people won't notice? :S I hope they won't  notice anyway...

I haven't noticd much change in size.  MTF hrt can cause muscle loss, but I never really had any muscles to begin with ^^.  So I'm like a size 4 women's (I weigh like 110).  My height is 5 foot 7, no change really there.  My hands and feet have always been pretty small, I don't know if that is because I had way lower than average T levels in my teens.  My shoe size is 8.5 women's (u.s. size)

Im 5 Foot 8 and 1 year HRT. I used to be a US size 9, but now US size 8 fits me.

I have heard that HRT softens up the texture and reduces muscle mass in hands which will give them a smaller more feminine appearance.

Just remember that even GG's can have large feet and hands, If you have large hands it means just that! You are a woman/girl with large hands!

Check out the link and look for the sizes of some of these ladies hands.

I'm 5'10" and I'm a womens' size 8 in shoes and I have pretty small hands too. It's definitely one of the features about myself that I like! ;D The only downside to having small feet and being tall is that I have a lot of trouble standing on buses without almost falling over, especially in heels, lol. =p

my shoe size and height has both dropped. i went from a size 10 us mens to 8 1/2 and ive lost 2 inches in height 5'9 to 5'7 which to me is weird since i havnt read anything about it affecting long ago fused bone structure might be the coincidence of hrt and age finally catching up with me though lol
