I removed a thread posted by Amanda claiming her doctor misused embalming fluid in her GRS process, then I banned her. The site sends out an automatic notification:

A topic you are watching has been removed by Susan.

The Susan's Place Transgender Forums Team.
From Amanda to me:
QuoteTough love
At least you didn't waste too much of my time this time. But it is sad that when the heat gets too much, you close the kitchen so no one else can eat. Such is life. Good luck.
I saved my posts this time.
Amanda
Then she sent me:
QuoteJust FYI...
(a) You banned me from your group, against your terms of service
(b) I have a right to tell of my experiences, whether you see them as allegations or not
(c) In no way did I flame anyone or do anything against your terms of service
You simply did not like what I had to say. I'm reporting you. You're discriminatory.
Good luck,
Amanda

QuoteThis is what I got from google cache dated mar 13, 2010 for your "terms of service". Note that there was no violation of your TOS by me, and while your removal of me from the site is covered by #3, your statement "This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this
agreement." :is in contradiction to your actions today. And I'm guessing the reason it had to be this way is because there was no reason any of the moderators could find for deleting my threads or my posts. On the contrary, Ms. Sarah Louise comment that my thread should "Just die a peaceful death" was inflammatory and unprofessional to say the least.
So, I'm glad I did not post any photos, or give too much information on your site, without first reading your TOS. And I would have, if I had not been banned. So thank you for that, assuming you aren't planning on doing any further damage to me with what I have already provided to you.
I will be warning other users of your site, and the possible harm that can come from using it, particulary as a result of your TOS.
Amanda

This is my response...
QuoteThe TOS is open and easy to read, however you can not take portions of it out of context as you have done.
You were banned once before for making statements on this site which could be considered:
Quote10. Bashing or flaming of any individuals or groups is not acceptable behavior on this web site and will not be tolerated in the slightest for any reason. This includes but is not limited to:
* Advocating the separation or exclusion of one or more group from under the Transgender umbrella term
* Suggesting or claiming that one segment or sub-segment of our community is more legitimate, deserving, or more real than any others
I don't care if you didn't mention names when you returned, coming on and repeating the same types of claims in hopes of someone contacting you privately so you could spread your version of things, wasn't going to be tolerated. If I allowed you to do this via my site and the claims were false the site and myself could have been sued, hell we could have been sued even if your statements were 100% true.
Under TOS 3 I don't need any reason to remove you period. You have no foundation to report me to anyone as I am the sole owner of this site, you have no rights on the site other than what I grant you. What I give, I can also take away. Good day.
I guess she thinks I am trying to slip one over on people. I strongly encourage everyone to read the TOS and if you have questions on any particular provision you are free to contact me by forum pm or via email at
susan@susans.org. I can justify and defend the need for every single clause in the TOS. Hell 99% of it is common sense. The rest is there for people who's common sense was missing or defective.
