Blast From the Past (or Maybe From Last Night? Its So Hard to Tell)

Shall I let loose with a modest proposal – of sorts – in asking St. Barney why, if his problem was penises in the ladies' showers, why he wasn't writing ENDA in such a manner that only trans women who didn't run afoul of his penis panic sensibilities would be excluded?

If so, how would it look.....................?

The New Judge Dred (or One More Reason to Hate Barney Frank)

In a recent interview with Minnesota's Lavender Magazine – the best queer publication in America outside of Texas – Barney Frank was asked why he doesn't support including TGs in ENDA.

"First of all, it would prevent ENDA from being passed. And what I don't understand is why people haven't been trying to amend some of the state laws to that effect. It's a lot easier to do it in the states."
