Hey, everyone is different and beauty is in the eye of the beholder

Sometimes I want to get made up if I'm going out or just 'cause it makes me feel good

But most of the time I don't... That doesn't stop guys from checkin' me out even when I think I look like crap

Like today, I stopped to get a LOTTO ticket on the way to the store... I was wearing a tank top and blue jeans and no make up

At the conv. store I noticed a guy checkin' my stuff... Then his girlfriend walk up and socked him in the arm and was all like "What the Hecks?"

Then she gave me one of those if looks could kill looks

I just blushed a bit and continued with my errands

I live in Scotland, and here all the girls seem to wear the same stuff, like really light clothing that must be freezing to be out wearing! mostly just tees and jeans (jeans are VERY popular here), commonly worn are them extremely lobg tops that are so long they go down to your knees butchu jsut wear them over the hips and let the top crumple up.. I think those long shirts are good looking, Id love to ear those when Im on hormones 🙂 I dont know if you get those long tops in the US.

Anyways, all the girls here wear very light clothing but they always look great - ie, not "crap" as OP puts it 😛

Depends on where you are I guess, both geographically, but also within the city.  I guess most people at Safeway are not all dolled up, but you go to the financial district during work and the women look very good, very well dressed.  Or you could go to about 80% of the shows I work (NOT the hippie shows) the girls are dressed to thrill and to kill.

I think girls look beautiful whether they've just rolled out of bed or have gotten all dressed up. The only thing that really bothers me is when girls don't realize how wonderful they are and most of them feel that way because of people like you trying to force your own standards on them.  Seriously girls are under enough pressure these days without people telling them how they should look.

Wherever I go, I think the majority of women dress well. At nightclubs they dress beautifully, their whole wage must be spent on their wardrobe. So I can't agree with the OP at all.

I have travelled North America, Europe and East Asia only, but I can say that women in crowded countries and cities tend to take care of their beauty more than those in rural areas. I guess there may be an interesting correlation between per capita purchase of cosmetics and population density.

I am living in Korea, in which the actual population density is probably one of the highest in the world. A problem here is women tend to spend to much time and money in their beauty.
