Well, I'm late to the party, as usual.
RE: the original post - I've been on T for a year. Started out roughly 1 1/2", now I'm up to around 2". Even though I started pretty larger than average, I haven't had much growth. All of that growth was in the first few months. It doesn't get much, if any longer when hard, but does get a fair bit thicker. It feels pretty much the same as it always did, except that now the end pokes out from under the hood, which leaves it a little over-sensitive.

I think it varies a lot from person to person. Personally, all but about half an inch of mine is firmly tied down by the hood, so without surgery, it's not going to be of much use in that area. Even if I could, though, it's only about as thick as a thumb, even at its biggest, so I doubt it would do a partner much good, except, maybe, on a psychological level.
