What's the worst job you've ever had?

According to Peter Cook it was something involving Jayne Mansfield and lobsters, although I would imagine the man who has to cut Captain Hook's toenails in Belmarsh nick could give him an argument.

Now the National Health Service has come up with a new contender. The NHS in Strathclyde is advertising for a 'Hair Removal Specialist - Transgender Services'.

This piece of very Daily Mail type of comment caught my atention:

QuoteAnd the NHS Trust in south London which discovered it couldn't manage without a special team of counsellors catering exclusively to the very special needs of gay and lesbian alcoholics.

Kinda sums up the narrow, beer swilling mentality of the Daily Mail.
