I, too, hesitated between face and voice, but eventually I went with voice.  Is that what they call vanity??? lol! I guess I choose that b/c it is my biggest obstacle towards passing....

As weird as it sounds I would want to change my height and feet size first. Cause that would be the hardest/probably impossible thing. Other than that I can get surgeries/work on voice/hrt for the other things. I don't think they can do anything about how tall you are XXD

I, too, chose the face. I have breastforms, I can shave my arms and legs. Hiding the silhouette of the naughty bits isn't that hard (no pun intended). But the face is a bit of an issue.
