I would just want to change that I have a penis because the rest so far is feminine moreso rather than feminine due to my condition.

HRT has worked it's magic to help me feminize quite a bit and I hope to feminize more over time

But mainly I want to feel right so I voted for changing my privates

Just give me SRS, the rest can wait.

Social acceptance is important thus passiblity is important to me looking like a man in a dress is unacceptable if I want to go anywhere in my life I'd choose face. although voice is tempting I've already been working on that, Even still it would be nice Just so I don't have to worry about it potentially sliding back.

Yea tell me about it if I had social acceptance I really wouldn't want anymore than that.

I, too, hesitated between face and voice, but eventually I went with voice.  Is that what they call vanity??? lol! I guess I choose that b/c it is my biggest obstacle towards passing....

As weird as it sounds I would want to change my height and feet size first. Cause that would be the hardest/probably impossible thing. Other than that I can get surgeries/work on voice/hrt for the other things. I don't think they can do anything about how tall you are XXD

privates- nearly all places need to be changed to get ID for your target sex for example. And of course there is a lot of more reasons. 

I, too, chose the face. I have breastforms, I can shave my arms and legs. Hiding the silhouette of the naughty bits isn't that hard (no pun intended). But the face is a bit of an issue.

I want the srs more than anything. I'm thinking hopefully next year i can plan a date.
