I walked alone in a street at night while travelling in a subtropical island here. It was a very safe place, but some aged guys stared at me. I just passed them ignoring they gaze. Behind me, one guy commented like "Look at her. She is taller than men!" and his mate repliked like "She does not seem to be delicious. Tall women taste bad." These comments are very rude and lewd, as they compare women to a kind of food.

Yesterday night, I ran for exercise at night. As there was an internationa conference for politicians, the police security was very tight. And I heard some policemen giggle behind me. I could feel that a guy is chasing me while making fun of me. This was not the first time, and I was very familiar with this. I stopped and looked back at the guy. He was a police officer at his 50's. He avoided my eyes, but I scrutinzed him. He was on duty, and this kind of killing time is a serious violation. If I were a GG, then I would have asked him about his name, position and department. I was upset, but just thought that I may need a digital camera next time to take a photo of this officer, publishing it in the internet site of the police, requesting a proper measure. But I just put up with it, as his intention was not so much malicious.

Probably other women also hear this kind of lewd comments every day. Probably not so many young women here exercise outdoors because of this kind of teasing in public.  It turns out that women live in a different world. In male mode, I never heard that kind of lewd comment in public. Aged men here are so rude, looking down young women.

Anyway, my photos in the subtropical island. My firend who took photos for me negatively commented on my exposed legs, and only one photo shows my legs.

Oh. Thanks for letting me know the site. Although I could not see any pic, it is suprising that women can take a straightforward step to deal with those harassments in public. As I know, most women are too shy to even reveal and describe the harassment they experienced.

What is even more unfortunate, men in power do this and get away with it, like that policeman, Barbie.  Maybe it's the idea of being a "real man" or "machismo", but men like that are not men at all, just perverts who make all guys look bad.  I do hope you get a picture of one of these perverts the next time, Barbie, but do be careful.

Yes. I do not carry my digital camera everyday, but I carry my cellular phone everyday even while exercising outdoors. I will learn how to take photos by my cellular phone (nowadays cell phones have so many functions, but I just use the phone and alarm function).

The thing government employees and police officers here fear most is the internet, and a photo is very effective. Every government department has its own web site, and they are required to respond to any complaint posted by a citizen within 3 days.

But you have to remember that there are conceited woman out there who are quick to label men creepy and perverted for simply having the courtesy of making eye contact and smiling as they walk by. Being polite is not harrassment. A beautiful girl is going to get looked at and it's not a crime.

No. Lewd comments are not reserved for the attractive. You've simply been lucky.
Frankly, I'm a little sick of the 'poor me, I'm not attractive, I'm so masculine' cis woman routine you're plying us with. You're biologically a woman, with a uterus, ovaries, vagina and breasts. You look faintly masculine, but not enough to actually be pegged as trans or male.
I think you'd be better off seeking help from a cis female support group, because it's really grating on me that you're a born woman on a trans site, trying to claim some kind of kinship with us. Most of the trans women here would KILL for your body.
It's not fair that you're rubbing your cis-ness in our faces.

That's ironic, because I see you girls and am extremely jealous because most are very feminine in every way. I figured you people would be the utmost accepting group as a result of your hardships and having an open, understanding, politically active, pro LGBT person as an advocate to the outside world would be positive but now I'm not so sure.

You are the one that is putting emphasis on sex/gender by suggesting I shouldn't be included.  FYI, biology means nothing when your parts are nonfunctional and reading all these posts on orgasm and sex kills me knowing I can never have it or be normal. I will be taking hormones soon as well as getting minimal FFS, what cis female can relate to that? I feel like I was born in the wrong body and if you think that I am rubbing my "cis-ness" in your faces, think again.

We've worked our asses off to be that way - society expects us to be 'more female than female' before it will accept us, due to being born male.
I don't see anything 'unfeminine' about you in your pics - even when you're deliberately trying to look masculine.

You're entitled to your opinions. And I do work harder than any woman I know just look acceptable and not be in some awkward androngynous state.

We have many advocates in all walks of life and I certainly have nothing against you championing the transgender cause.
However you stated that you came here for support. I don't think this is the right environment for you. I think the only issue you have in common with trans women is that you lack confidence in your appearance (which is perfectly normal by the way).Honey, this is a transgender support site, for trans people and their significant others. You're being a tourist - like Marla in Fight Club; hanging out with the testicular cancer patients even though she's a bio female.

When did I ever claim I am here for support only and what makes you think I come here to converse only with transwomen ? This forum is for transsexuals (both MtF and FtM), partners of,  androgynes, crossdressers,  intersexed, and those with GID. I am primarily interested in gender issues. I may be bio female but I am not bio girl. Gender is nothing but a social construction.

Which is why you need to seek out a cis woman support group - we cannot help you with cis female issues like that.

A lot of them. Most women go on HRT at some point in their life, lots go on HRT for various endocrine conditions. Lots of women seek cosmetic surgery to fix perceived flaws in their appearance.

Yet many transwomen have what I think is unnecessary surgery, trying to correct every perceived flaw when they already pass. How is this any different?

Did your body sprout masses of facial hair, chest hair, back hair and buttock hair? Do you suffer from male pattern baldness? Do you have a broken voice? Do you have a big hairy penis and a big hairy scrotum between your legs? Were you raised and socialised as the wrong gender?
I just really wonder why you're here. Because your pictures look completely normal and serve only to make the trans girls jealous of the cis girl.

I don't know why you have such a problem. Most of my posts are not even in the MtF forum! I didn't know that having a big hairy penis and scrotal sac were a prerequisite for joining this community. If it was I wouldn't have joined, nor would about half if not more of susan's members.

Yes. I noticed that young men tend to smile at me while my friends take photos for me in the street. It was really nice. And, in the U.S., a stranger passer-by once smiled and commented on my summer hat like "it's cute". He was at 50's, and it was so natural and I also smiled back at him. I also remember that a young girl in the DC area of the U.S. smiles at me, commenting like "you are so tall!". This kind of communication with strangers is what I can enjoy and appreciate. Probably other girls feel the same as me.

You're not even a questioning person; you were assigned female at birth, raised female, live as a female with female appearance, female documentation and female genitalia.
Why are you here?
