Next week Im going rock climbing with my sister and 2 friends. Its at an indoor centre. Of course we wont be the only ones going, there will probably be another good 15 people there as well. I have a tiny bit of a problem  :P The harnesses you wear really pull up on you and for boys, you can see a lot of bulge down there! Its like really noticeable, even if your not purposely looking :-X

I dont have a packer  :o And also my sister and both friends surprisingly enough dont know that I am trans. They still see me as a girl. So for them to see something, even if im just using a sock, there on me would probably make them feel awkward  :-\ Especially since my other two friends are actually male.

Most other people in public see me as a normal boy, and there are gonna be lots of hott girls there too ;D I dont really want it to look like I have nothing down there to them. I dont want to give anything away in both cases!  ???

What kinda pants are you wearing? I've been looking at guys crotches, trying not to look creepy, and they don't all have noticeable bulges. Some packages just stick out more than others I think.

I could be wrong, but I think they'll be focusing on good stuff like how much fun you are, your cool hair, how well (or badly??) you're climbing, not what's peeping coyly out from between the harness straps. Honest advice is to focus on having a really good time with your friends, and shining your personality and cute smile at the hotties, rather than spending the day wondering about sock position.

Have you ever done this before?  It only takes about 99.999999999999% of all the concentration you can possibly muster.  Don't worry about the sock, worry about the fact that any fall over five feet can kill you.  And its not the buldge or lack there of that will out you, its the lack of upper body strength.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

I've been rock climbing with and without a packer. I will say that it will be noticeable if you're packing. Those darn harnesses get ya! With that said, I would not recommend packing while rock climbing...it's physically uncomfortable.

The last time I went rock climbing it was up this artificial wall that went up maybe 40 feet or so. The top half was more of an overhang than vertical. I went up the wall with a friend on the other part of the course. We were both blindfolded and were not allowed to receive any instruction. Managed to get to the top with a good time.

Hi, having been rocking climbing with both boys and girls I can say that the harness will produce enough of a bulge in either gender to the point that it really doesn't matter which you are... Unless you're wearing really tight pants (some people climb in like running/biking shorts), you're going to have the bulge. If you're really concerned, wearing extra baggy pants will certainly work.

Baggy pants. Or come out to your friends before you go. Or pack with the condom/hairgel method. Or a sock.
