i have been on estradiol valerate injections for just over 2 weeks. my nipples feel very sensitive and if i pinch them it feels painful almost like my entire nipple is one big bruise.

is this too soon? is it all in my head or are these legitimate signs of early breast development or?

I would say yeah, nipples, then the underpinnings of the ducts, then fat while the prior mentioned duct tissues develop over months (and turn from rocks of don't-touch-me to regular breast tissue).
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr, purr, purr.

Dyahh! I'm a long way off starting hormones (thanks, GIC waiting lists..), but this soreness in particular has me a little concerned. I saw a topic on training bras here too.. I know they were established as useless, but does anyone have advice on how to reduce this discomfort? I might try to stock up if it's that bad. ;P

I have found the only effective way to deal with breast growing pains is to do it like pubesent natal girls do. Just suck it up and deal with it. lol
