Testostrone and Hrt

I am very un-sure where to post this so it ended up here.

I have been reading alot tonight on a few subjects like hair removal and the final op.
Also because I am a deep thinker one question begs to be answered.

If one is one Hrt and an anti androgen to inhibit testosterone production but the testes have not been removed, then because they are still producing testosterone even if in small amounts would it not be easier to remove them.
Thus one could have a smaller dose of estrogen.

I think thats what I meant to say.

  You are absolutly Correct in your thinking. BUT one should be absolutly sure that they are TS and that Full transition is appropriate for them. I have had a bi-lateral orchiectomy and in fact my doctor recommended that I have one when I began transition. I chose instead to use an anti-androgen just in case the path was NOT right for me. ONE must be SURE as it is a NON-REVERSABLE operation and in fact the operation that effects actual gender change in that it permanently alters the endocrine (sp) system of the individual. In effect it is equivilant to a Natal woman having a hytorectomy.

  The effects of HRT will be Greatly enhanced as the Testosterone produced in the andrenal glands is much weaker then that produced by the testes. In Canada in most if not ALL jurisdictions having this operation will allow one to have their birth records changed from M to Female. Its also my understanding that a number of states also have similar legislation in place. SRS After an Orchie has been performed is simply Cosmetic!

So by keeping the little devils and not having an Orchiectomy you stand a better chance of having the final op and the surgeon with have more meat to work with.
I have been looking at a site where they show girls that have had the op and the end result, and from what I can see is that Dr Chettawut seems to be able to produce the best looking vargina from what I have seen so far, are there better doctors ??
Apperance is everything.
Though I have heard from a few girls on here that they will be going to Thailand.
Is that because the doctor there is better or that there is a problem with laws in the States and Canada ?

If it is does any trans girl want my meat and two veg ?

After all you can have an op now to swop faces though thier seems to be arguments about the ethics of this op.
We know what we want because we are adults.
So why is it we are always treated as though we dont know our own minds and have to be guided.

  In regards to the orchie and material to work with. Only the organs inside of the scrotum and tubing is removed. The scrotal SACK is left in tack, providing it is performed as a transexual surgory. That was one of my concerns about an orchie to begin with as well as those mentioned earlier. My surgon told me that the scrotal skin is quite elastic and nothing to worry about ie atrophy. He did tell me that I could simply stretch it in the bath or shower daily to limit the atrophy that might occur.
  In the letter prepared by my pychiatrist to Dr. Sanguan, it was noted that I had had an orchiectomy this year and Dr. Sanguan has made no comment about extra grafting being required to obtain a suitable depth and or appearance.

The problem with transplants is that your body will reject foreign tissue and you'd be on immunosuppressant drugs for the rest of your life and at risk of all kinds of infections.

And I doubt a transgirl would want those parts. Most of them are trying to get rid of their own.
