I'm going tubing sometime soon and I was wondering what the packer would do if it got wet?  Is it like a sponge?  Would it ruin it?

It would make your packer very sticky.

I've had 2 GV packers and now have a like real and I've never had a problem swimming in either a pool or the ocean. Just makes it a little stickier.

Early 2 bed's website said that after washing with soap and water, you should dust them with corn starch. Meaning, when they get wet, they get sticky (As said) and when they get sticky, break out the corn starch and tada! Back to normal. So yeah, you should be fine, just make sure it doesn't fall out while tubing! @_@

Someone told me to use potato starch instead of cornstarch. I don't remember why atm.

I've swam with my Mr. Right before with no problems.  That packer is so durable .  Unfortunately as I wear it more and more I'm finding it a bit to large.  I'm in the market for a smaller one at the moment.
