Is this the same technique that Suporn uses?

The glans for the neoclitoris is not completely severed, right - still connected with nerve?  Where does the nerve shaft get put - just tucked inside somewhere?

No the skin itself is cut away from the the shaft itself but nerve endings etc.. are all in take and justg hanging there till all steps are complete.

And no its not the same as supporn. I believe supporn does the two step

And for the nerve shaft, it stays on the body, usually depending with how much length your penis was, you might or might not needed the scrotal graft. If you require the scrotal graft some paralysis of the skin after the penis shaft is possible till reconnection.

I love ''Sex Change Hospital''.

Does anyone know how much Dr. Alter in Beverly Hills charges? Is he like the most out of anyone? Someone in California is like close to $30,000.

So the nerve connected from the glans that goes down the shaft of the penis - after surgery, where is this?  I assume this would be inside the body - or not?

When you say "one step"  do you mean vagina and labia done at the same time as opposed to a second operation for labia, or do you mean something else?

Thanks for clarification  :)

FairyGirl

the second stage is usually a labiaplasty where the clitoral hood and labia minora are more defined. It is much less involved than the original surgery. Single stage creates the vagina, labia, clitoris, and hood. There was a whole list of procedures I had to sign off on in the hospital, including vaginoplasty, labiaplasty, orchiectomy, penectomy, and a bunch of other stuff I think that basically meant you end up with a working vagina and a sensate clitoris and your jeans are gonna fit a lot better lol

the idea of one step is to completely do SRS in one step and yes the nerves of the shaft are from the body itself, most of the tissue comes from your penis
