Ok, so I been on T about a year and a half now.  But last few months I've been woken up 1-3 days in each month with sharp intense pain.  Seems to effect more while laying down and be waking up about 4-5 am usualy with it when happens.

The first month this happened was only one night, not remember if there was another month of this but I know last month I had it about 2-3 nights in a row and ended up with a pinch feeling in lower back for few days after.  And about a week or 2 after had some spotting one day.

Tonight I woke up with it again, intense pain coming and going.  I used to get heavy periods before T and some emotional unstability a week or 2 before it, cramps were always towards the back and worst right before started.

This is more intense and sharper than I remember and am getting the pain more towards the front but if get up be feeling some ache in the back to though that part mild.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?  :/
Every day we pass people, do we see them or the mask they wear?
If you live under a mask long enough, does it eventually break or wear down?  Does it become part you?  Maybe alone, they are truly themselves?  Or maybe they have forgotten or buried themselves so long, they forget they are not a mask?

Maybe you should go to the doctors mate?

Probs something as little as indigestion but best to get it checked really

Have you lowered your T dose recently? That could cause it.

No not lowered T, same dosage he prescribed me to take every 2 weeks.  and besides, last time was low, over half year ago, I had bleeding and the cramps were not like this.

I see the doctor tomorrow anyways.  Another guy local here has had something similar in past.  might be cyst.  But not sure.  called doctor today and going try look into it see what might be.

I thought originally maybe because used the same leg for a while it wasn't absorbing well, but still seems odd.  Woke me up at 5am and had me in pain on and off for a few hours.  More intense and sharper than ever remember and not even sure call it cramp.

Is true I never had much pain tolerance... but this defiantly not feel like it used to.

It definitely sounds like a cyst to me. When I had one (and I think I do again  >:( ), there was really sharp pain, then it went down to a dull ache, and then it disappeared. It kind of comes back after a while and starts all over again. On the bright side, if you want to, you might be able to use this to get a hysto and have insurance cover it depending on how big the cyst (if it is a cyst) is (this is what I'm going for ;) ).

yeh.  does sound like what you discribed a bit to.  It stopped having the sharp pain after a few hours, just an ache now.  Had same thing last month to :/  only hope this time not get it 2-3 days in a row.  that one the ache took a few days to go away to.  but no bleeding.

spoke to doctor on phone today though, have an appointment tommarow already and he said he'll check me out to see can find out what it is.  He's a good doctor and been working with transgender community for over 20 years as well so hopefully won't be to uncomfortable :/  still uneasy about about that perticular matter though
