If you are past puberty there will be little reason to start an estrogene blocker. The most comon reason they are given to cis women past puberty is to combat estrogene dependent cancers. Taking T will pretty much take care of the monthly issue eventually with most guys. (no two bodies react the same!)
If you are still in puberty hormone blockers can help halt the progress of sexual trait development but damage has beeen done.
If you are prepuberty then hormone blockers are a godsend for a transchild. Stops puberty.
These are questions best asked a qualified medical profesional but sometimes they can be hard to find. Even an educated doctor might not know as much about trans medical needs as the paitient does. So to better educate yourself...
I would sugest doing web searches for medical articles regarding hormones and their effects and taking the time to learn the terminology and what it all means. You need to be your own best advocate.
