dating?

So I am presently interested in a lady, who seems to be the open minded type, the old soul.  Only four people know that I am biologically female in the entire state.  I have feelings of loneliness and do want the special someone in my life, but I'm afraid of what that entails.

I'm looking for experience and suggestions on this topic.  Dating, with the desire for a relationship, not for simply relations, if you will, but meaningful relationship.

I understand your situation, I dated a female back in September of 09, and I didn't want to date anyone at the time, I wanted to be single and i was happy with that. She pressured me into dating her, and i must say, having her was the best time of my life, i didn't feel so alone. I had someone to share conversations with, i had someone to love, and it was different for me, i had never fallen in love before. She was my first girlfriend (Other then dating on the internet <_<). We dated until January of this year. She tried committing suicide, things went bad, so we broke up. Since then, i've never felt so lonely in my life, i felt as if someone ripped out my heart.

What i'm saying is, maybe give it a try? Talk to her and see if shes interested.
