There's a video tutorial on how to do so, but it's in the "gear" section (I think). Unless you aren't comfortable with doing it yourself which is understandable.

i don't know anyone who does it professionally, though i did run across a website once and will look for it. he used soft tubing.
I also do it and posted a tutorial. i've done it for others on request, too, but i suppose you're in the US, so that wouldn't make much sense seeing as i live in europe. it is really not hard to do at all though!  and I use it as a "dildo" as well. the thread is in the gear section.

Hey thanks emil, woah $55 is kind of pricey.. Maybe I might have to try to do it myself.. I tried watching ur video &I couldn't see it though :/

sucks....yeah some people are having troubles watching it, don't know how to fix that.

for the one i make i use a large gv soft pack and a travelmate, and to order both to Europe is probably around $55 as well, so i don't think that site is extreeemely pricey....but then again i have tried and like the travelmate
(and i need something more rigid than that nipple in order to be able to "play" with it.)

if it's unclear how i do it, i can try to describe it again or take some stills from the original video maybe.

yeah i tried youtube first. but for a while now i haven't been able to upload anything to youtube. loads the whole vid, then says "unknown error"

is your upload to long for youtube and in wrong format?   I had same problem until I cut it shorter and put it in low definition.
