It was mentioned that he's started taking on private patients? Does anyone have any more information?

Is he taking them on at a new practice in Manchester or something.  I can't find the news item now.

He's the doctor from Charring Cross GIC, so I assume he'll still be in London. I really have no idea, but myself and a couple of others are trying to find some info on seeing him privately.
