My name lizbeth been thinking in getting FFS for the past months..people tell me i do not need it at all but i honestly wanna get it so bad ...
been in hormones for 4 years...still takinn them and will do it  foreveer
Dr O. in  san francisco seems to be my first choice but hes the most expensive one
Dr Zukowski in Chicago is my second choice i heard its cheaper than dr O and very good also


Those are the only ones i know..
any other segestions?

There are lots of surgeons to look at, Dr O and Dr Z are just the tip of the iceberg. A few other names...

Dr Van Der Dussen

There is a yahoo group for people considering FFS surgery where you can talk with others and see there experiences - definetly worth checking out when trying to decide.

Saying all of that, I'm going with Dr Zukowski for my FFS in about 3 weeks. Prices are entirely dependent upon the work your having done, but for a 'full package' you should expect around $20,000-$25,000. For a similar amount of work, Dr O was quoting me $43,000 as a comparison.

So, is it a question of saving a few thousand dollars, or to get the best possible result ?

I am doubtful that there is a better known artist out there than Dr. Ousterhout.
Yes price is high but in all consideration Hollywood surgeons charge beyond $100k and that for already female faces. I emphasize an artist because it takes one to do an amazing jobs that he does, hey Aurora-one of the masterpieces!
But unfortunately we leave in a real world with real economy and money is hard to come by. Lizbeth I wish you the best and don't rush into a decision until you have seen all the doctors and their work, Love, Alexia.

Definitely check out the yahoo group that starlight recommended. It is a really personal decision, definitely. Check them all out, talk to people, see a lot of results then make a decision based on your wants and needs

Which country you reside in counts too..

In Europe there are a really only a few including Dr. Bart van de Ven
(ex Agave) now working from Ghent in Belgium. There's also Dr Noorman van der Dussen oft referred to as Dr NvD in Belgium too..

I met with Dr Bart in March (Harley St London) and liked him...the quoted cost for me was €19,688 all in.

Dr. Musgrove in the UK is also an option – but not on my list.

In the US these surgeons possible would be:

Dr. Zukowski
Dr. Ousterhout
Dr. Spiegel

Dr. Yaremchuk is a new chap on the block being talked about with some impressive results (he's in Boston) and as he does facial accident/birth defect work too....so you could say he's highly skilled indeed...

Dr. Meltzer also does FFS, (as I'm in Scottsdale this end of Aug) I intend to do a consult with him re face work and get the X-rays I require shot there.

Money will always be an issue - so this will figure in final choices – for everyone... but the face is one thing you can never hide....so one needs to decide very carefully!

And all surgeons (no matter how good) can have off days.... complications for all cosmetic work is roughly 1 in 5...

Argentina is a better £ sterling/v local currency choice as would be Thailand too... though it will never be cheap.

In Buenos Aires it nowuld be Dr Di Maggio and with Dr. Dr.Chettawut in Bangkok and Dr Suporn over there in Asia...

I had FFS with Dr Zukowski 18 months ago.
Am I pleased with his work - YES - very very pleased.
Have I had any issues - Absolutely none

He does come across as a bit domineering but thats just his way. He is an expert and he wants to make you look your best. He not only removed some of the things I didn't like in my appearance but also made me look 10 - 15 years younger than my actual age. I can't thank him enough.

Lizbeth - Everything together including surgery, flights, hotels came to about 40000 Dollars

The surgery itself was not only FFS but also replacing 23 year old breast implants (one of which had ruptured). Cost of surgery alone was about 35000 USD.

Looking at your photo, you are already very attractive and young so may not need as much doing as I did as a 50 year old woman. But as I said he's made me look about 15 years younger and people are really shocked when they find out my age.

You need to investigate FFS very carefully and choose the right person you feel happiest with. If I needed anything doing again I would go back to Dr Z in an instant.

Dr O is in his 70's now and I feel too old to be still operating on people. I can't comment on any of the other surgeons. If you have any more questions on my experience with Dr Z I'm happy to answer them

And sadly there is a 'new' super-bug emerging from Asia.... so this would put me off surgeries in the East!

It would worry me even more re: SRS as its been seen as a UTI......

This is my personal opinion, please dont attack me:

Of the doctors in North America, i considered 3: Zukowski, Spiegel and Ousterhout.

After careful research (i joined the yahoo ffs support group and saw countless photos of before and afters) i came to the conclusion that there really was only one doctor for me. Dr. Ousterhout.

What I noticed in Zukowski's results was that everyone had a 'surprise' look on their face. He consistently over-does the eyebrows. It really can ruin one's beauty. In my case, i didnt have much to gain from FFS (i was somewhat attractive prior, just wanted to be 100% feminine looking, none of this 70% female and 30% masculine face crap

So i therefore ruled out Zukowski.

Secondly, i actually met a girl who had a disasterous outcome with spiegel. You will hear stories about each doctor, but to have one stand in front of you and tell you how much of a quack their doctor was. Yeah, that was enough for me.

Ruled out Spiegel.

If you cannot go to Ousterhout because of price, I really think you should consider Dr. DiMaggio in argentina. I consider him a mini-Ousterhout. Their results are somewhat similiar. Obviously if they were identical id of gone to DiMaggio, but I didnt, so that should say something for DiMaggio. His technique is good, not great.

Ill be having FFS with Ousterhout at end of September

My problem for considering Dr. Ousterhout is his age...

He must be over 70!

And great sharp eyesight and an uber-steady hand are what I would aim for.... with detailed surgical procedures....personally.

Dr. Meltzer is just in his fifties.... top of game time age wise me thinks...

As is Di Maggio and anyone else I'd go for surgeries with....

There is someone on YOUTUBE complaining that Dr. O made a mess of her face... although it's not as horrid as all that there are some symetry distortions. 
If indeed he is getting too old to operate it's incredibly sad because his work is sooooooo good.  But this may just be ugly rumor because Meghan's results are STUNNING!!!  Look for her on YOUTUBE if you ever need your spirit soothed or want to see Dr. O's best work.
I'd really like to find more of Dr. Spiegel's work because I'm considering him.
The author of this post - if it's the HOT babe in the photo with the large bossoms in the red dress - needs absolutely NO WORK done on her face... my god look at you!  If you seriously think that you require work I would suggest looking into Body Dismorphic Disorder.  You are beautiful NOW, don't touch a thing!  You could be a model.  Just my humble opinion.
